The Board of Directors of KRONOLOGI wishes to inform that KRONOLOGI intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date which will be announced later:-
(a) Proposed Renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten per centum (10%) of its total number of issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority"); and
(b) Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”).
The Proposed Amendments are mainly to streamline the Constitution with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.
A Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority together with the Annual Report 2023 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
