The Board of SYF had on 26 May 2023 approved the change of SYF's financial year end ("FYE") from 31 July to 30 June. The next financial year will commence from 1 August 2022 to 30 June 2023, covering a period of 11 months. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year shall end on 30 June annually.The rationale for the change in FYE is to be consistent with the FYE of the holding company and to facilitate better allocation of management resources in managing financial reporting and statutory audits.
