1) Details of the events leading to the Company initiating the investigation against the stated parties.

2) The identity of the independent party to conduct the investigation and the date of appointment.

3) The number of Directors involved in the investigation.

4) The specific scope and terms of the investigation to be undertaken by the independent party.

5) The expected timeframe for completion of the investigation by the independent party.

6) Whether any action has been taken against the stated parties under the investigation and the details thereof, if any.

7) The financial and operational impact to the Group arising from the issues/concerns identified.
