BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 75,610,775 FREE WARRANTS IN PNE (WARRANTS) ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN PNE HELD BY ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY AT 5.00 PM ON 12 DECEMBER 2019 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS").
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 11 Dec 2019
2)    The last date of lodgment : 12 Dec 2019
 

Remarks: The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of the Company ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company within 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants. The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
