Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("MMLR"), the Board of Directors of SCANWOLF ("Board") wishes to announce that SPSB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has on 29 May 2023 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with MPSB to dispose the Property held under individual title deed No. H.S. (D) 14470, No. P.T. 53480 (now known as No. P.N. 408537, No. Lot 406994). Mukim Kampar, Daerah Kampar, Negeri Perak, measuring 51,200 square metres together with a piece of vacant land known as PT 53480, Kampar Putra, 31900 Kampar, Perak Darul Ridzuan ("Property"), for a total cash consideration of RM7,700,000.00 ("Disposal Consideration") ("Proposed Disposal").
