Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 31 March 2022, 30 June 2022, 22 November 2022 and 28 February 2023, pertaining to the MoU entered into between GDEX and UTAR.

The following matters are actively being pursued as part of the goals and objectives of the MoU, namely:

1. Mutual visits by staff members to pursue research, curriculum development;
2. Participate in webinars, seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. relevant to the industry;
3. Industrial study visits of UTAR undergraduate and postgraduate students and mutual visits by staff members of the Parties where appropriate for the purpose of enhancing learning experience, professional development and curriculum development;
4. Industrial placement for UTAR students; and
5. Sustainability management and initiatives.

The Company will make further announcements on material and significant developments accordingly.
