At the 57th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 29 August 2022, the Board of Directors ("the Board") obtained the shareholders' approval to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature in the ordinary course of business and the authority shall lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM unless a new mandate is obtained from the shareholders of PMMA.
As such, the Board is proposing to seek approval for the renewal of authority for the existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions with the related parties.
The Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be tabled for the shareholders' consideration at the forthcoming AGM. A circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued in due course. |
