The Board of Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad ("EFB") wishes to announce that on 31 May 2023, the Company have split the existing Risk and Sustainability Management Committee to (1) Risk Commitee ("RC") and (2) Sustainability Committee ("SC") and restructured the composition of the RC and SC. Following the restructuring of the RC and SC Committee, the composition of RC and SC are as follows:-
