Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 26 April 2019 (First Announcement), 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023 and 2 May 2023 respectively.
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 8 December 2022, granted the Company a further extension of time of six (6) months up to 24 April 2023 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
On 20 April 2023, the Company had submitted an application to Bursa Securities for waiver to submit a regularisation plan and application for upliftment from Practice Note 17 status.
The Company will make the necessary annoucement in due course if there are further developments in relation to the said application.
