Further to the Company’s announcements dated 30 November 2022,30 December 2022, 2 February 2023, 23 February 2023,1 March 2023 , 3 April 2023 and 2 May 2023, the Board of Directors’ of TOP BUILDERS hereby announces that the Company is still unable to release to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) its unaudited quarterly report for the periods ended 30 September 2022 , 31 December 2022 and 31 March 2023 (“Quarterly Reports”) by 30 November 2022, 28 February 2023 and 31 May 2023 respectively, which is a period not later than 2 months after the end of each quarter of a financial year (“Timeframe”) as required under Paragraph 9.22(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Securities.

The delay in releasing the Quarterly Reports is due to the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 has just been finalized and announced on 29 May 2023. The Management Team is in the midst of finalizing the outstanding Quarterly Reports, targeting to release them by the first week of June 2023.

The trading in the securities of TOP BUILDERS was suspended with effect since 8 November 2022 pending the submission of the outstanding Quarterly Reports.
