Ms Lee Pei Yee has more than 25 years of experience in finance-related functions, holding various financial positions or regional roles in corporations across Asia. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is also a member of The Malaysian Institute of Accountants. 

In 1997, she began her career in Ernst & Young (Public Accountants) as an auditor. In 2002, she joined Interflour Group as Corporate Controller overseeing the financial operation of five (5) flour mills in the Asean region.  In 2007, she assumed the position of Financial Controller cum Commercial Manager in one of the Interflour Group's subsidiaries in Malaysia. In 2012, she joined Bluebell Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. as the Regional Finance Controller - SEA. 

She was also the Finance Director in SEEK Asia Group, the Asian unit of Seek Limited, which is an online employment marketplace provider, and also served as the Group Chief Financial Controller for PUC Berhad, another listed company on Bursa Malaysia. In 2018, she joined Fircroft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. as the Head of Regional Finance (Asia Region) overseeing the financial functions and business expansion in the Asia region until 2021. She is currently the Regional Financial Controller of Fave Asia Sdn. Bhd. which is principally involved in the business of providing smart payment app to consumers.

She does not have any family relationship with any other Directors and/or major shareholders of MKH Berhad (the "Company") and has no conflict of interest with the Company.
