Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 6 November 2019 and the monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the Company being classified as a PN17 Issuer pursuant to the requirements under PN17 of the Listing Requirements (collectively referred to as “Announcements”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

On 13 March 2023, Iqzan had made the requisite announcement pursuant to paragraph 4.2 of PN17 of the Listing Requirements, which sets out the Company’s initial proposals in relation to the Company’s proposed regularisation plan.

Subsequently, on 30 March 2023, Iqzan had announced the revised proposals in relation to the Company’s proposed regularisation plan.

On 30 March 2023, Iqzan had submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of approximately three (3) months until 30 June 2023 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“Application”).

On 15 May 2023, Iqzan had announced that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 12 May 2023, resolved to grant the Company a further extension of time of 3 months until 30 June 2023 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

As such, the Company has approximately one (1) month to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
