We refer to the announcement dated 10 March 2023 on the MOU between KPS Berhad, and the Consortium (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.29 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of KPS Berhad wishes to announce that there is no material development with regards to the MOU with the Consortium.
KPS Berhad shall update the development of the MOU in due course.
