The  Board of Directors of Salutica is pleased to announce that the Company has declared a second interim single tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.6 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2020. The second interim single tier tax-exempt dividend will be paid on 18 December 2019 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 9 December 2019.
