The Company wishes to refer to its announcement dated 13.11.2019.
The Matter was case managed by the High Court, where there is also an application to intervene into the OS.
As a result, the High Court had fixed the application for hearing on 3.2.2020.
Also, the Company was finally served with the draft Consent Order. The relevant part of the Consent Order concerning the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled to be held on 29.11.2019 reads as follow –
“By way of consent that the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on 26.11.2019 be convened as scheduled, whereby apart from Agenda No.1 of Notice of AGM which shall be tabled, all othe agendas are to be adjourned for voting at an adjourned AGM on a date to be fixed by the High Court after the full and final disposal of Enclosure 1".
