The holders of the ICULS whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Vizione as at 5.00 p.m. on 9 January 2017 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled ICULS Holders") shall accordingly be entitled to the adjustment to the conversion price of the ICULS in accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 30 June 2011 to the Rights Issue ("Adjustment").
The conversion price of the ICULS shall be adjusted from RM0.20 to RM0.19.
The Adjustment shall take effect on Tuesday, 10 January 2017, being the next Market Day following the Entitlement Date. The notice setting out the Adjustment will be despatched to the Entitled ICULS Holders within 7 days from the effective date of the Adjustment. No action is required on the part of the Entitled ICULS Holders in respect of the Adjustment. |
