We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 16 July 2019 in relation to the Supplemental Agreement entered between the Company and AOF I (“Subscriber”) to reflect the necessary consequential changes including the removal of Advance Capital Partners Asset Management Private Limited as a party to the Subscription Agreement (“Consequential Changes”).
The Company hereby announces that the Company and the Trustee have on 2 August 2019 entered into a supplemental Trust Deed in relation to the Consequential Changes.
