| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Oriental Food Industries Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Special Resolution contained in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 23 October 2019 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the EGM held today.
The Special Resolution was approved by way of voting on poll and the results of the poll are as per the attachment herein.
The results of the poll were generated by the Share Registrar cum Poll Administrator, Sectrars Management Sdn Bhd and were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn Bhd), the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company at the EGM.
