Reference is made to XSDIP's annoucement dated 13 July 2023. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 13 July 2023. The Board of KAB wishes to announce that the Parties are in the midst of negotiating the terms and condition of the Definitive Agreements. To facilitate the negotiation, the Parties have mutually agreed to an extension of time of one (1) month from 13 September 2023 to 13 October 2023. This announcement is dated 19 September 2023. |
