Further to the Company's announcement made on 26 April 2019 pertaining to the MOU made between the Company with China Railway No.3 Engineering Group Co. Ltd (“CR3”) and SRA Builder Sdn Bhd (“SRA”) to declare their respective intentions to establish a basis of co-operation and collaboration between the parties to support the Malaysia National Policy on Affordable Housing, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously.
