We attach herewith our media release dated 17 November 2023 entitled “UEM Sunrise disposes 46.9 hectares of freehold parcels in Johor Bahru for a total consideration of RM146.1 million”.

None of the Directors and major shareholders of UEM Sunrise and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the proposed disposals.

Based on the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, the highest percentage ratio applicable to the proposed disposals pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 2.16%.
