Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 16 January 2014, 16 April 2014, 16 July 2014, 16 October 2014, 16 January 2015, 16 April 2015, 16 July 2015, 16 October 2015, 15 January 2016 and 15 April 2016 in relation to the MOU between Puncak and Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, Kingdom of Thailand ("MWA") for the purpose of collaborating with each other to co-operate and work together on an Exchange Programme for mutual benefit. The Company wishes to update the Exchange that there is no development on the MoU since the last update. This announcement is dated 15 July 2016. |
