The Board of Directors of Teo Seng Capital Berhad (“Teo Seng” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 21 November 2019 signed a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with solar photovoltaic (“Solar PV”) system specialist, Solarvest Holdings Berhad (“Solarvest”) to install solar PV panel across Teo Seng chicken farms and factories of the Group located in the state of Johor, Malaysia. Teo Seng has earmarked a capital expenditure of approximately RM13.0 million for installing of about 4,000 kWp (kilowattpeak) rooftop solar projects.
