Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad relating to dealings in securities during closed periods, Scientex wishes to inform that it has received notification from Tan Sri Dato’ Mohd Sheriff Bin Mohd Kassim, an Non-Executive Chairman of Scientex, of his intention to deal in the securities of Scientex during the closed period pending the announcement of Scientex's financial results for the financial quarter ended 31 October 2019.
