The Board of Directors of CFM wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed adoption of a new Constitution for the Company ("Proposal") in place of the existing Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company in its entirety at the forthcoming Fifty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.
A Circular to Shareholders which sets out the information on the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
