Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 November 2020, 18 November 2020, 22 December 2020, 11 January 2021, 3 February 2021, 31 March 2021, 1 April 2021, 24 June 2021, 15 July 2021, 17 August 2021, 7 September 2021, 17 November 2021, 27 January 2022, 28 February 2022, 29 March 2022, 14 June 2022, 1 August 2022, 15 August 2022, 8 September 2022, 18 October 2022, 23 November 2022, 9 December 2022, 16 December 2022, 5 January 2023, 26 January 2023, 15 February 2023, 9 March 2023, 23 March 2023, 18 April 2023, 19 June 2023, 26 June 2023, 28 July 2023, 10 October 2023 and 16 November 2023. The parties attended a case management (CM) for Suit 554 on 30 January 2024. At the CM, the Court gave the following directions:
