The Board of Directors of Mudajaya Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company:- (a) Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature which are necessary for day-to-day operations ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate"); and (b) Proposed renewal of authority for the purchase by the Company of its own shares ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority"). A Circular/Statement to Shareholders which sets out the details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Annual Report of the Company in due course. This announcement is dated 8 April 2016.
