Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 31 January 2013, 13 February 2013, 18 March 2013, 10 April 2013, 22 April 2013, 1 August 2013, 2 September 2013, 30 September 2013, 11 November 2013, 6 January 2014, 29 January 2014, 10 February 2014, 25 April 2014, 2 June 2014, 4 July 2014, 18 August 2014, 27 October 2014, 17 November 2014, 26 November 2014, 7 January 2015 and 15 December 2015 in respect of the above matter.

The Company would like to update the Exchange that the name of the replacement Arbitrator had been submitted by the counsel of the Consortium to the Panel for consideration and decision on 3 March 2016. The Panel has yet to schedule new dates for the continued hearing for the First Arbitration Proceedings.
