Reference is made to the previous announcements made on 24 December 2014, 10 July 2017, 17 April 2018, 5 July 2018, 28 January 2019, 22 March 2019 and 21 May 2019.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("CMSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSL had received an update from its solicitor that the Shah Alam High Court had adjourned the decision date for CMSB's judicial review against the Minister of Finance and Director-General of Customs, Royal Malaysian Customs Department on the decision to reject CMSB's appeal of remission of Import Duty and Sales Tax amounting to a total of RM11,131,511.26 to 25 July 2019.

 The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
