The Board of Directors of W T K Holdings Berhad (“WTK” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting: -

1.  Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate to purchase the Company’s own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares in the Company; and
2.  Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature

(collectively referred as the "Proposals").

A Statement/Circular containing the details of the Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
