Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of WTK wishes to announce that B.H.B. Sdn. Bhd. ("BHB"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into new recurrent related party transactions ("RRPT") of a revenue or trading nature with companies connected with the Directors and/or Major Shareholders of WTK. From 8 May 2023 to 28 February 2024, the aggregate value of the new RRPT has exceeded 1% of the percentage ratio in accordance to MMLR.
