Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein has the same meaning as those defined in the announcements made on 25 January 2019, 11 February 2019, 1 March 2019, 11 March 2019, 5 April 2019, 30 April 2019, 3 May 2019, 27 May 2019, 10 June 2019, 21 June 2019 and the circular to shareholders dated 8 April 2019 in relation to the SCR.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the order granted by the High Court has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 5 July 2019 and accordingly, the resolution for the SCR has taken effect on 5 July 2019 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.
The settlement of the SCR Cash Amount will be effected on 12 July 2019.
