We refer to the announcements made on 15 January 2024, 23 February 2024 and 29 February 2024 in relation to the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of GDEX Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that based on the Record of Depositors as at 25 March 2024 (latest practicable date), the percentage of public shareholding spread of the Company has improved from 24.99% to 25.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at today, the Company has complied with the minimum requirement of 25% public shareholding spread pursuant to the Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
