Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the circular to shareholders dated 16 January 2024 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Registrar of the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 2 April 2024.
Pursuant thereto, the Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed.
