Further to the Company's announcement dated 2 April 2024, 3 April 2024, and 25 April 2024, the Board of Directors of LFE wishes to inform that during the Case Management on 10 May 2024, the Court has directed as follows:
a. The Plaintiffs to file Reply to Defence and Defence to Counterclaim on/before 16 May 2024; b. The Plaintiffs to file Affidavit in Reply (in respect of the Defendant's Application to Strike Out) on/before 16 May 2024; and c. The next Case Management is fixed on 20 May 2024.
Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
