We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of WCT by way of market making.
WCT-C27 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
WCT-C27 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 October 2023. WCT-C27 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 12 December 2023, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 April 2024 and the Term Sheet for WCT-C27 dated 14 May 2024.
