On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 16 May 2024 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the fourth (4th) tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.0853 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0094 or approximately 9.93% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Privasia Technology Shares up to and including 15 May 2024, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.0947 per Privasia Technology Share.
