We refer to the announcements made on 2 September 2014, 30 September 2014, 31 October 2014, 28 November 2014, 31 December 2014, 30 January 2015, 27 February 2015, 31 March 2015, 30 April 2015, 29 May 2015, 30 June 2015, 31 July 2015, 28 August 2015 and 30 September 2015 pertaining to default in payment pursuant to the MMLR of Bursa Securities (“Defaults”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of MRB hereby announces that as outlined in the previous announcements, there is no major development on the status of the Defaults in payment of principals and interests accrued up to the date of this announcement. The Company is seeking a long term solution to resolve its working capital deficiency as well as address the Defaults by continuing to identify suitable investors.
