Further to the Company's announcement dated 2 April 2024, 3 April 2024, 25 April 2024, 10 May 2024, and 24 May 2024, the Board of Directors of LFE wishes to inform that pursuant to the Court direction given on 20 May 2024, the Plaintiffs have filed an application for Summary Judgement and disposal of case on point of law as well as an application for joinder and amendment on 4 June 2024.
During the Case Management on 6 June 2024, the Court fixed the Hearing for the Defendants' Striking Out Application and Plaintiffs' Application for Summary Judgment and Disposal of Point of Law on 25 July 2024. The Court has further fixed the Case Management for the Plaintiffs' Application for Joinder and Amendment on 25 July 2024 to fix Hearing date.
Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
