Reference is made to our announcement (“Announcement”) dated 21 June 2023 in relation to the Proposed BTR Development. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement.
The Company wishes to announce that the Purchaser or Investor has requested for a variation to the terms of the New Equity Investor Condition and Condition Sunset Date of the Fund Through Agreement dated 21 June 2023 and the parties are currently in discussion of the same.
