Reference is made to the Company’s series of announcements from 29 January 2021 to 4 June 2024 in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Listing Requirements (“LR”) whereby the Company has an insignificant business or operations and is considered as an affected listed issuer. 

The Company had on 19 February 2024 announced that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 19 February 2024, granted the Company an extension of time up to 28 July 2024 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
The Company has approximately 1 month to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval and will make the relevant announcement in relation to its latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the LR.
