We refer to the announcements dated 13 June 2019, 17 June 2019 and 21 June 2019 in relation to the Offer.

On behalf of the Board of YTL Corp, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 24 June 2019, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for the Consideration Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, subject to the following conditions:

(i)  YTL Corp and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Offer;

(ii)  YTL Corp and Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Offer; and

(iii) YTL Corp and Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Offer is completed.

Following the above, all the conditions of the Offer have been fulfilled and the Offer has become unconditional as at 24 June 2019 (“Unconditional Date”).
