The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders dated 22 January 2019 unless otherwise stated.
We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Internal Reorganisation.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Transfer of Listing Status has been completed today, following the de-listing of CICB Shares and the listing of and quotation for CGB Shares, in its place. Consequently, CICB is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGB.
Accordingly, the Internal Reorganisation has been completed on 21 June 2019.
