Further to the Company's announcement dated 2 April 2024, 3 April 2024, 25 April 2024, 10 May 2024, 24 May 2024 and 6 June 2024, the Board of Directors of LFE wishes to inform that the Court has rescheduled and fixed the Hearing for the Defendants' Striking Out Application and Plaintiffs' Application for Summary Judgment and Disposal of Point of Law as well as the Plaintiffs' Application for Joinder and Amendment on 17th October 2024.
The Court has further fixed the Case Management of the Writ of Summons on 17th October 2024.
Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
