On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities and Astramina Advisory wish to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 29 July 2024, approved the listing and quotation of 7,466,666 new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Acquisition, subject to the following conditions:
(i) Citaglobal and Mercury Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implemention of the Acquisition;
(ii) Mercury Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the issuance of the new ordinary shares pursuant to the Acquisition; and
(iii) Mercury Securities to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the issuance of the new ordinary shares pursuant to the Acquisition is completed.
