We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Internal Reorganisation.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that all the CDS accounts of the Entitled Shareholders have been duly credited with new CGB Shares today, marking the completion of the Share Exchange. The notices of allotment were despatched to the Entitled Shareholders on 19 June 2019.
CIBC will be delisted from the Official List of Bursa Securities and its listing status will be transferred to CGB following the completion of the Share Exchange.
