We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 43,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over HSTECH by way of market making.

The HSTECH-H11 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The HSTECH-H11 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023. The HSTECH-H11 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023. The obligations of MCSM under HSTECH-H11 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023.
