We refer to the Company's announcements dated 31 March 2015 and 2 April 2015 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of Two (2) pieces of Land located in Mukim Api-Api, District Pontian, Johor by Karex Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Karex for a total cash consideration of RM14,800,000.00 ("Announcements").
