COLLABORATION AGREEMENT ENTERED BETWEEN SC ESTATE CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD., SC ESTATE IBS SDN. BHD. AND RMM MAJU MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., VISI SEMPENA SDN. BHD., AND ANJUNG MERIAH SDN. BHD. FOR THE PROPOSED JOINT DEVELOPMENT

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 24 July 2024, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The details of the joint venture pursuant to Part B of Appendix 10A of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”), where applicable.

2) The basis of arriving at the land consideration of RM20,760,000.00.

3) The manner in which the land consideration of RM20,760,000 will be satisfied, in the event that no houses are transferred as payment.

4) Any arrangement for payment of the land consideration of RM20,760,000 on a deferred basis, in the event it is paid for in cash.

5) The basis in determining the number of units of houses to be transferred to SCEC, and the proposed utilization of these houses.

6) The percentage ratio pursuant to Rule 10.02(g)(vii) of the ACE LR.

7) The estimated time frame for completion of the Project.
