| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Macpie Berhad (Formerly known as Sterling Progress Berhad) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolution put to the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Company held today, 29 November 2019 was unanimously carried.
The Ordinary Resolution was voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Symphony Merchant Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
